Hi,
I'm interested in trying out Fortress & Vault as a single-user developer (thanks for making that free, by the way).
Does anyone know or have experience on getting this running on Windows Home Server (I have two locations I work out of)?
Thanks!

Re: Fortress & Vault on Home Server
I don't have information on the Home Server version of Windows and it's not one we've tested with.
I'm assuming that you mean to install the Fortress server onto the Windows Home Server? If so, does that OS allow you to install IIS? Is the OS more like Windows 2003 server or Windows 2008 server?

Windows home server based on windows Server 2003 and it used as small storage server for home.

Does it allow you to install IIS? Since Vault and Fortress will both run on Windows XP Professional, I wouldn't expect it to have much of a problem as long as IIS can be installed. Again, it's not one we test.

Yes, WHS Console require IIS.

Even though it's not one we test, my gut says it's probably fine. If you get an error, feel free to post it.
