Vault Plugins for Eclipse C/C++

I am currently trying to get my Eclipse C/C++ (version 3.4.1) to interface with our vault server and I am getting an error. I use the
Help->Software Update->Find and Install link select "New Remote Site" enter

URL = http://download.sourcegear.com/Vault/latest/update

Then I get the following error

Unable to access "http://download.sourcegear.com/Vault/latest/update".
Error parsing site stream. [Premature end of file]
Premature end of file.
Error parsing site stream. [Premature end of file]
Premature end of file

Any thoughts on what might cause this issue?

What version of Vault are you using?

Version 4.1.3

The update for the latest version is for Vault 5.0.1. If you're using Vault 4.1.3, use this link:

http://download.sourcegear.com/Vault/4.1/update/

Let me know if this does not resolve the problem.
