Not notified by email on a file rollback

Hi.

SourceGear Vault v4.1.4

I used the GUI Client to setup monitoring (watched path) for "$/" and this works great except I am not notified when a file is rolled back to a previous version.

This is a known issue, bug 11139. I'll add your comments to the bug item and bump it up in priority.
