Connection problem to Windows SourceSafe Server

Hi,

I installed SourceOffSite to connect to windows SourceSafe server. I enter the server ip and its port but program hangs.

What should i do?

Which client are you using?

Are there any error message in the status pane at the bottom of the client?

Can you connect to our demo server?

Can you email me a copy of the SOS log.txt file from the SOS Server directory? Be sure to let me know the approximate time you tried to log in. Send it to Linda@sourcegear.com

I installed
sos_3.5.0-1_standard_i386.rpm

But i think the problem is not with the program. When connecting to SourceSafe from windows machine, we were mapping sourcesafe drive. On Linux, i tried

mount -t ntfs //Server/source_safe_folder /mnt/my_folder

but still i couldn't connect. Thanks anyway.

PS:
-I couldn't connect to sourcegear server but perhaps that's because we are connecting to internet over a proxy.

-I couldn't find server directory.
