Souce Gear version 1.2.1 not compatiable with SP3

Hi,

I am using source gear version 1.2.1 with service pack 2 installed on my machine. Recently I upgraded service pack3 on my machine. After installing SP3 source gear vault is not opening my MS Access project files. Forms and reports are not opening. It give error can not create xyz file. I am using .Net Framework ver 1.1.

Please help how can I resolve this issue.

Are you using Vault? I don't recognize that version number. Did the service pack install the .NET Framework 2.0 by any chance?

What version of Access are you using?

What OS is your client on?
