It would be nice if there is a way to copy source code from one branch to another branch. We always create a hotfix branch after a release so we can continue to develop new features while doing emergency hotfixes on the hotfix branch. We usually perform the fix on the main branch, then copy the changes over to the hotfix branch. Currently, it is a multi-steps process to copy the changes over. The ability to "Copy" and "Paste" the current version of the source code from one branch to another would be a good feature.

Have you tried using the MergeBranches wizard? This is in the Fortress Client under the Tools menu. The wizard takes you through the steps to merge (copy) changes from a branch to a trunk, trunk to branch, or two branches.
