Upload PDF blank

After initially uploading a large PDF file (>5Mb) it is blank when checked out. All the pages are displayed in their proper orientation (i.e., landcape, portrait) but there is no data displayed. It appears to be tied to large files but that has not been confirmed. This problem was also seen when we used SoureSafe. The SoureGear Vault Client is Version 4.1.4.

Is this reproducible? Does this happen for the same file(s) even from different user machines? What happens if you upload or checkout the file from a Vault client on the the server machine itself, using localhost for the Vault server name in the Connect to Server dialog?

Are there any messages or errors in the Vault Server log at the time of the upload or get/checkout of the file? It's called sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine.

If this is reproducible, would it be possible for you to send us a copy of one of the PDF files? Send file(s) and any logs zipped up to support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda. Please include a link to this forum post.
