Finding Non Added Files

Is there a way for files that have not been added to Vault to appear in the pending changes set or is the only way to remember to click "Detect new Files to Add.." ?

Currently I am using ghosted files to remind me to add them however these often get lost in large folders (would be useful if these had a status like all other files).

There isn't a better way at this time. We have feature request 14080 logged to add "ghosted" files to the status search. I've added your vote.
