This post is more for your information and not an unresolved issue.
I get the following error doing a mass checking: Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds.
I get this error in Visual Studio 2008. When I went into the vault client to do the check in, it turns out that the cause of this error was that I was trying to add a file that was already added and things like that. I don't know how it got into that state but the client provided more specific, helpful errors. As soon as I undid some of the operations things checked in fine. That error might be something you look into.
Error during checkin

Re: Error during checkin
This is an error I haven't seen before. So that we can collect a little more information and narrow this down to the root cause, could you send me some logs? What I'll want to see is the Vault Server Log from your server and then check for an IDE log. The IDE log will be on your machine in %username%/local settings/temp. What it is called will depend on whether you are using the enhanced or classic client. It may be vaultIDEclient.txt or VaultVSIPclient.txt or something of that nature.
Also, check your Event Viewer logs for any errors at the same time.
You can either post the information here and then delete it later, or you can send an email to support at sourcegear.com (attn: Beth) with a link to this forum thread.

Attached are the logs. There wasn't anything in the Windows logs that I could find.
