install fails for 3_5_2 on windows server 2003

Hello -

I'm atempting to move my 3_5_2 server to a new machine - hyper-v hosted. I've installed the os and sqlserver and completed the initial install of vault 3_5_2. I can can access the service from the admin or client ui - an error message appears saying

"Unable to connect to http://servername/VaultService. No Server was found at the specfiied URL. Please verify the network settings using the Options dialog under the Tools menu in the Vault GUI Client. Web Exception. Teh request faild with HTTP sstatus 404: Not Found."

Where do I start?

Open a browser on your server and try the following URLs.
http://localhost/VaultService
http://localhost/VaultService/vaultservice.asmx
http://yourservername/VaultService
http://yourservername/VaultService/vaultservice.asmx

Let me know which works and which don't. If none work, try replacing the server name with the IP address.
