We have one user that is having trouble connecting to the vault server. When he goes to check out a file, the GUI client hangs, with the status bar saying that it's retrieving repository structure information. The abort button doesn't do anything. He has to kill the vault client process. The server log level is at debug, and doesn't show any connections from that user. The IIS log shows no requests from that user's IP address at that time.
What else can we do to try to debug this problem?
Problem connecting to Vault Server

The server is 2.0.3, the client is 2.0.4. The user is running XP Pro. The Web Server is running 2003 Web. The SQL Server is running 2003, with SQL Server 2000. The XP firewall does not appear to be enabled on the active network connection. We have a Cisco VPN, and the client is installed, but its firewall is turned off. The user is currently on the local network, with only a switch between his machine and the server.
I have a special build of the Vault client that will create a log file (on the user's desktop) with details about the Get Latest Version process (performed during a Check Out). If you send me your e-mail address, I can send you the client build.
