Keyword expansion doesn't touch file

I've a similar issue than http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic ... ion#p33337

In fact we use $revision$ in an header file to check applications compatibility; then every checkin changes the revision number and should imply a rebuild of all dependant files.
I took us a while to understand we had 'wrong' incompatibilities because the file modification time is kept when the revision is modified.

Is it possible to have this feature in the upcoming version of Vault ?

It would really help us a lot
