Backing up Fortress Install

I've got a fortress installation on a VPS that I managed to break, and I am having the techs at the host back up my files.

What directories/files do I need them to backup for me? Is everything contained within the MSSQL database, or are there other files as well?

All Fortress information is stored in three SQL Server databases: sgvault, sgdragnet and sgmaster. You'd need SQL backups of these databases, or detach the databases and make copies of the .mdf and .ldf files.
