One user Can't check-in

Post by bjham13 » Wed Jul 01, 2009 11:05 pm

Hello,

We are running version 4.0.4.15848

One of our users can't check files in, but he can check files out. All our other staff are having no problems.
The user also mentioned that he had attempted to change some file names in vault prior to this problem occuring. But reported that some of the file names failed to change.

The client is producing the following error when he tries to check files in:

An error occurred while trying to begin a transaction.

The Server is producing the following error when he tries to check files in:

Has anyone got any suggestion as to what the problem might be?

Thanks.

I'd suggest deleting the client-side cache, as it may be out of sync with the database. Close any open clients first.

Let me know if this does not resolve the problem.

Clearing the cache has solved the problem.
