Export tool and archiving

From reading earlier posts, it seems that the suggested method for archiving out old code is to export the code to a archive repository then delete it from the main repository. Where do I access this export tool? I do not see anything in the help files pointing me to the process or where it is located. Is this still the recommended method of archiving and purging out old versions of the code? We have version 4.1.4.

The Export/Import tool is found under your Start menu in the Programs list. It will have a link in the same place there as the client does.

Please note that the Export/Import tool is not compatible with the use of Obliterate. Once you obliterate in a repository, you will no longer be able to export. If you wish to obliterate, you will want to export everything you need exported first, and then use obliterate last.
