Vault and SQL Server Management Studio

We'd like to start using our vault installation to handle our databases as well. Is there anyway to integrate the two so we can track database mods too? From Management Studio options, I can see the vault client listed under source control, but it won't let me select it. Thanks!

Here we manage our SQL objects through Visual Studio, and then we use the integration in Visual Studio. We don't support direct integration with SQL Server Management Studio, but I think a few customers have gotten it to work.
