Backup/Restore Problem - A database error has occured (FailD

I get the following error when using the Backup/Restore option from the WebUI Vault:

A database error has occured (FailDBFault)

SourceGear Vault
Version 4.1.4.18402

Where is the first place to look to try and understand what the problem is?

The DB is backed up by a third party utility but I like to do a monthly manual backup that I keep off site.

I have just looked a bit further and it is because the database is part of a mirror setup. So not a problem anymore.
