Remove Vault from VS IDE

Hello,


We are using an older version of vault (3.5.2) with VS 2005/8, and I'd like to remove the plug-in from VS and just use the Vault client only for access to the repository, is this possible and if so would you please direct me to the resource where I can read about it.

With your project open, go to File - Source Control - Change Source Control. Select all lines listed in the window that opens and click Unbind. Then click OK and save it to disk. Then you can go to your GUI client and check it in that way without bindings. You can also remove any of the source control files that end with scc, .scc, or .vssscc from disk.
