Could not save the tree

I am unable to add any files to the Vault repository under any account including administrator. The message log shows:

This is followed by a warning dialog with the message "Could not save the tree".

We have tried a system reboot and increasing the SQL delay time to 3600.

This sounds like a database error.

We'd like to see a copy of the Vault Server log. The Vault server log is sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine. Send the logs zipped up to support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda. Please include a link to this forum post.

Let me know what version of Vault you're using.
