Problems with soscmd

The command line interface doesn't seem to be working. Once, it crashed. all other times it just hangs.

I'm doing a GetFileList and here's the output that I get:

SourceOffSite Command Line Client: 128 bit Encryption version 4.0.2
Connected to server alviso-port-8 at port 8080.
Received Challenge from server
Successfully logged in.
Sending GetFileList Command to server.
Downloading project tree from server

At this point it just hangs forever.

The GUI interface works without a hitch to this database.

Any ideas?

Enable debug logging for the SOS Server: http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=463

Run the command that reproduces the crash or hang, then email me a copy of the log.txt file from the SOS Server directory. linda@sourcegear.com.

Also, send a copy of your command (xxx out any passwords, etc.).

Thanks for your response. It appears that the problem was just an incredibly slow network.

Now I've got another problem: I do a GetProject command and get a return code of 203, which means "file". What does this mean? And what am I doing wrong?

Does the Get succeed -- are you getting any of the files or folders? If not, where is it failing?

Is there any useful information in the log file that coincides with the failed Get?
