changes to the repository folders could not be saved.

I get the message "The changes to the repository folders could not be saved." when I try to check in an item. The only thing I think I have done is changed from VSS to CVS mode while the file was out. I have changed it back, but it makes no difference.

I had only seen this once before and an iisreset was all the user did to clear it up. Give that a try on your server by going to Start - Run and typing iisreset. This will interrupt all web connections to that server, so you will want to make sure you perform it at a time that's convenient. Then let me know your results.

This did not work for me, you wouldn't possibly have any other ideas. Thanks in advance.
