WIT crashing VS

When I choose View-Fortress-Fortress Work Item Tracking my initial Fortress window is totally blank. If I dock it I then see the two projects, which I have created in the web client. If I right click on one of the projects and choose "Add Item" I get an "Index was outside the bounds of the array." error and VS closes.

I have no items added to either project. I cannot add them from the web client because I get a "Error 500: The Server is unable to process your request, click the login button to go back to the login page" when I try.

I also see none of the drop downs populated other than assignee, resolver, and category.

What version of Fortress and Visual Studio are you using?

Could you send me copies of the log files -- sgvault.log and fortress.log? The logs are in %windir%\temp\sgvault and SGFortress on the Fortress server machine. Send the logs zipped up to support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda. Please include a link to this forum post.
