Not able to compare the file using VS 2008

Not able to compare the file version from VS 2008 to source gear version.

We are using
Source gear version 2.0.6(2219)

We have not tested VS 2008 with Vault 2.0.6, and it is not fully supported. So it's quite possible certain functions don't work. If you use the Vault GUI Client, can you diff?

Are you using the SourceGear diff tool or another diff tool?

We are able to compare the versions of the file using Vault GUI Client.
we are using SourceGear diff tool.

Full support for Visual Studio 2008 comes in Vault 4.1.x.
