Persistent Timeouts in client to server

Hi
We use vault 4.1.3, on a Windows 2003 Server (II6)
I keep getting VS timeouts

The users tell me that when using VS they get regular timeouts on the client, requiring a reconnection / auth.

I followed the instructions on the KB about reducing the worker recycling to the letter

Has anyone experienced this, and fixed it?

To troubleshoot this, we'd first like to see a copy of the Vault Server log. The Vault server log is sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine. Send the log zipped up to support at sourcegear.com, Attn: Linda. Please include a link to this forum post.
