OnTime integration

It mentions:

Vault 4.0 will continue to support integration with third-party bug tracking systems such as FogBugz (Fog Creek) and OnTime (Axosoft).

I'm having trouble finding any info regarding integrating Ontime (Axosoft) into Vault. Can someone point me in the right direction of a plugin or something so that I can relate a check-in to a defect/feature in OnTime.
