multiple errors after upgrade to 4.1.4.18402

We recently upgraded to the latest version from 3.1.9. Since then users have reported poor performance, loss of connection and various errors. Not all users are having trouble but the majority of them are experiencing a lot of pain. One error reported was "Get Latest Version failed for some files. See the Messages window for details." Message window shows: "An exception was encountered during the get latest operation. Exception: 2100: FailExistingDownload". I turned logging up to "debug" mode. Most times, simply closing Vault and/or Visual Studio and then opening it back up seems to clear up the error.

Another user reported getting the message, "You have no rights to view any items in this repository." after attempting to open a solution from source control in Visual Studio 2005. Before attempting to open the solution in Visual Studio he retrieved the solution using the Vault client. The Vault client remained open and nothing indicated that he was disconnected or otherwise logged out.

Did you have any problems upgrading? Were there any errors?

We'd like to see a copy of the Vault Server log. The Vault server log is sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine. Also, send me a copy of the installation log, vault_install.log from the user's temp directory of the user who installed Vault.

We've been able to resolve some of the performance issues and are monitoring others. They seem to be specific to their environment.
