Commit Files to Vault 2.0

We upgraded our Vault to 2.0 this weekend this morning when the programmers came in I found out that they couldn’t commit their files to Vault. They are getting an error "The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found". If someone could help I would appreciate it.

I apologize this was our fault. I found out that someone else had installed IIS Lockdown / URLScan tool from Microsoft. Apparently it disabled chunk encoding.
