I can not open the solution in VS 2005

I can not open the solution in VS 2005

When I try open the solution in VS 2005, option open from vault, the project window opens, but the OK button is disabled.

Can you open up NAnt inside of the Vault GUI client and take a screenshot? I think what is probably missing is a .sln or a .proj file.
