We have a team of 4 developers working on a single project using VS2008 and Vault 4.1.2 (Classic Client). We are experiencing problem using Get Latest Version via VS2008. Although a developer already checked in his latest source(s), the other developers couldn't get the latest copy after using Get Latest Version option (from VS2008). The Get Latest version operation was reported successfully complete and no error message was shown. On the other hand, if we use Get Latest directly from the Vault Client, we were able to refresh our local copies with the latest version.
We are using:
VS2008 9.0.30729.1 SP - using Vault Classic Client mode.
Vault 4.1.2 (18185)
XP SP3
Any ideas?
Thanks.

When you perform a Get Latest, does a window pop-up with options you can select? If so, what options do you set? Could you post a screenshot?

No additional popup with options was shown when we selected "Get Latest Version (Recursive)" from the VS2008 Solution Explorer window. What we did is right-click on the Solution and select the Get Latest option. The get latest process started without further prompting.

Try holding the Shift key down while clicking on Get Latest. That should bring up a dialog where you can select options.
