Eclipse Plugin OS X

Eclipse Plugin OS X
I running OS X and eclipse and installed the plugin for vault. I was able to connect to our vault server and pull down the java code I am interested in, however, as soon as I pulled the source the pending change set window is displaying every file as modified when they are not. Even if I commit the files it still thinks they are modified.
Any Clue?
Thanks

Re: Eclipse Plugin OS X
What version plugin and server are you using? What version of Eclipse?
Re: Eclipse Plugin OS X
Eclipse Version: 3.4.0
Vault Server Version 4.1.3.18336
PlugInVersion 4.1.4.18429
Did even think about versions, use to the windows client letting me know when they are out of sync. Let me guess this version of the plugin will not work with version of server?

Re: Eclipse Plugin OS X
No, you should be ok. We generally recommend that the server and client versions match, but that's definitely not causing your problem. Knowing the versions helps me to narrow down your problem.
Can you confirm that a diff of any of the files vs the server version shows no differences?
Do you work in vss mode or cvs mode?

Re: Eclipse Plugin OS X
CVS mode. When executing a diff it is getting tripped up on white space and I noticed something weird. All the files that are showing up as modified have a few non printable characters (same characters, Ôªø) in the upper left hand corner.
Re: Eclipse Plugin OS X
Ok, look at the file properties (from eclipse) what are the eol and file encoding set to?
