We are on version 3.5.3 of Vault and have been using Visual Studio 2008 SP1 with success until this "feature" cropped up. When developers are checking in solution files within the IDE, the contents of the bin and obj files are getting checked in too. I checked the repository options via the Admin tool and it is correct to supposedly exclude those folders. We have plans to upgrade later this year to version 4.x of Vault but was wondering if there is a workaround or setting somewhere that we could utilize until we upgrade. This post describes the problem too, http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=9669
Thanks, Tom

Dll and pdb files in Bin and Obj folder getting checked

Re: Dll and pdb files in Bin and Obj folder getting checked
Please dis-regard this post. It was a bit premature. We found the cause and while it appeared to be an issue with Vault, it was not. Let's call it user error.
