Uninstall Vault Client 4.14

One of our users installed Vault Client 4.14 and found out she needed an earlier version. She uninstalled it through Add/Remove programs but now when she tries to install an earlier version it gives a message that another version is already installed and it cannot continue. Is there someplace in the registry or on the hard drive that I need to delete an entry that was not removed automatically?

Use the cleanup tool from Microsoft to remove the client, then try to reinstall.
