Visual Studio 2003 auto exit while I use Vault

My Visual Studio.NET 2003 sometime auto exit with out any alert while I use Vault 4.1.4. What is my problem? How to fix its?

Could you check your Event Viewer logs to see if any errors are being thrown and post them?

Are you running the Vault GUI client at the same time?
Are you running more than one instance of Visual Studio?
