VS.NET and SOS 3.5.3

Has anyone had success using SourceOffSite 3.5.3 with Visual Studio .NET? I have had the most success just getting latest from SOS, and then opening VS.NET without integrating with SOS. But if the solution has a web project, VS.NET will lock up when it tries to open this project. The status bar says "Contacting server to opern Web project ..." when it locks up

Any ideas on how to get around this?
