We require that a case number be entered each time a file is checked in. We use FogBugz for our defect tracking system. Within our vault client, is there a way to use this case number to track back to the case associated with a specific change?
Right now, we are considering adding a prefix to our comments, Case 1234: This is the fix for the blah blah blah. This would allow us to know which case to view when looking at the "Blame" within vault, but it would be very cool if vault would keep track of the relationship itself and provide a hyperlink to the Fogbugz case (or whatever tracking system is in use).

I can log a feature request for this. Note: our Fortress product has tighter integration with source control and item tracking -- in the item tracking, you can see what code has fixed the bug, and in source control history you can see what bugs were fixed in a particular transaction.
