New Installation - HTTP Error 503

Hello,

I am new to Fortress and Windows Server 2008. I ran the typical installation of Fortress 4.1.3 on the server, and the installation went fine. However, when I try to open the admin page, I get the error:

Service Unavailable
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.


Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Upon looking in the Server Manager, and clicking on "Web Server (IIS)" I see a warning and error being repeated.
Here they are:

Error
EventID: 5002
Application pool 'VaultAppPool' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.

Warning
EventID: 5139
A listener channel for protocol 'http' in worker process '3228' serving application pool 'VaultAppPool' reported a listener channel failure. The data field contains the error number.
