When i try to install fortress i get the following error

Product: SourceGear Fortress Server -- The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2753. The arguments are: CustomActionExe.exe, ,

Is this a new installation of fortress? Or did you previously have Vault installed?

Send me a copy of the Fortress Server installation log. It's called Fortress_install.log and is in your user's temp directory on the server machine.
