Feature Request: Fortress client notification

Not sure if this is intended for a future version or not, but here's a request.

When we (fortress/vault admin) make a change, such as enabling keyword expansion or folder security, this requires that all Fortress/Vault clients be restarted.

It would be nice if a message could pop up, a la SMS maybe, on any open Fortress/Vault clients indicating this.
