Hi,
I've just started receiving the above error whenever I try to check a file in. Nothing has changed with regards to the setup and the log file is showing this:

The first thing I'd like you to do is run a command to diagnose any issues that SQL Server can identify in your sgvault database:
DBCC CHECKDB('sgvault')
Please post the results of the DBCC CHECKDB command here, or, if you prefer to not publish details about your database publicly, email us at support@sourcegear.com.
