A "Cancel" action on a file check-out can actually check the file out
anyway!
Steps:
1. Select a file for check-out in the Vault client.
2. First dialog contains some file options, asks for a comment for
checkout, etc. Press OK.
3. If you have a file that is write-access, ie. not Read-Only, a second
dialog will appear, entitled "Locally Modified File," with the options
Overwrite, Do Not Overwrite, and Attemp Auto Merge. If you select Cancel
instead of Ok, the file checks out anyway.
It doesn't actually replace your local file, but this just opens up the
possibilities for confusion later, such as when undoing checkouts.
Checkout bug - 'Cancel' doesn't Cancel
