Running 2.0.1, but didn't see this listed on the changes for .2 or .3...
When you pull up the History for a file, the Comments column can appear empty even if there are actually comments on that version. This seems to happen if the checkin comments consist of multiple lines of text. Even though there are comments, the cell in the grid looks empty.
When I "View Details" on the version, I get to see the comments but there's no clear indication in the grid that there's anything to see (other than I have checkin comments required, so I "assume" there's something there).
When populating the grid, how about replacing CR/LF characters with spaces and so the comments just appear in the grid as one line?
Thanks,
JD
Comments not always visible in History

I've tried to reproduce this with some simple cases, but am not able to on 2.0.3. However, there is a bug fix that might have applied in 2.0.2. If you had a CR as the only character in an item comment, it accepted it as the comment, and then it would appear in the comment field as blank. So, it may be that you had accidently created an item comment that was all whitespace.
We ignore comments that are all whitespace in 2.0.2, and that causes the change set comment to appear as the item comment, like it usually does.
