Error viewing file history

Some users are getting an Vault error dialog when trying to view file history. I have submitted another support issue today. I do not know if they are related.

A failure occured during the streaming of the file.

What is the exact error the user's are getting?

Vault 3.1.9 is a free upgrade for you that would have a few more fixes. If you can, I'd suggest upgrading to that version.

I'm referring to another forum post. I believe it was posted shortly before this one.

This could be related to your other issue. What error do you get when you try to view file history? Is there anything in the Vault server log that corresponds to the error? The Vault server log is sgvault.log and is in %windir%\temp\sgvault on the server machine.

We found the problem. The server was running out free space on the hard drive.
