I have a question about adding/removing files using VS2008 and the enhanced client. Lets say one developer checks out a project file, adds a new file to the project and checks everything in. When another developer gets latest on that project, shouldn't the new file show up? Surely I am missing something here, but the only way we have found to get the new file, is to use the client to get the file, then check out the project, show all files, and re-add it to the project. Obviously this is a huge pain.
Thanks!

Re: VS2008 integration question
I believe the item needs to show up in the project file. When a get is happening on your project file, is it overwriting or attempting a merge? Project files won't merge, so the new item might not be listed. When you need to get to bring down a new file, check what your .proj file says. Does it list the new item there?
