I'm receiving an error message during the database upgrade. I am receiving the same error message as on this post http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic ... int#p35999 It seems to be having problems with Primary Key Constraints. I did not see an answer to the other post. I do have a sgmaster database along with the regular vault database. It is running on Windows Server 2003 Service pack 2. It is also running the .NET 2.0 Framework, IIS 6.0, and SQL Server 2000. Any help would be much appreciated.

Error Upgrading from Vault 3.5.1 to 4.1.2

Do you have an sgdragnet database present? If it's there, you won't be able to upgrade to Vault 4.1.2. If you use Dragnet, then you should move to Fortress which has all the functions of Vault and Dragnet and more in one software.
If you already have an sgmaster database, that means that it went as far through the upgrade as creating that database. This might not be the reason it failed the first time and that's what we need to get back to. Do you have a backup of your Vault 3.5.1 database? Provided you don't have an sgdragnet database, you need to delete the sgmaster database, restore the Vault 3.5.1 database, then try the upgrade again, but only once. If it fails, then we should have a different reason for it failing, and that's the information I need.
