Assignee & Resolver Dropdown Lists Missing Names

In the "Browse Fortress Items" GUI, when I am viewing/editing an Item, the drop-down lists for Assignee and Resolver are missing my names. The only entries in the list are the following:

• (None)
  admin
  <blank> (a blank entry)

Currently the item is assigned to me but the drop-down is selected on the blank entry

If I go to the same item via the web interface, the drop-down list shows the following (and is correctly set to me):

• rskinner
  (none)

I have tried restarting the Fortress/Vault GUI many times. I have restarted the VaultAppPool (in the application pools), the Default Web Site, and all of IIS and none of them have helped. (I did this because there is a similar post regarding this, but I believe that may have been the web interface.)

Am I missing something simple here?

Well I figured out the issue.

My user account was created with just the userid and with the name field being blank. Hence the blank entry which was selected in the GUI.

It was a bit confusing when the GUI used the full name while the web interface used the userid.
