FailDBConn: While trying to login with admin.

I have the following errors during the first login:
Login Failed: The Vault Server could not establish a connection to the database. Please check the server's log for detailed information. (FailDBConn)

i have referred to http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?p=2450 and i have no problem visitng serverInstall.html page & Vault Service page and i don't use proxy. So the problem i face could only be the 4th cause mentioned in the post.

i have check in sql server 2005 that user sgvaultuser is db_owner for both sgmaster & sgvault database. and my database also in the same server as my vault service.

what else can i do to get rid of this? btw, we're using VaultServer64_4_1_2_18185 on MS Server 2008.

this is the latest entry in my sgvault.log:

Is this the first time installing, or an upgrade, or a move?

it's a first time installation on a recently setup ms server 2008

Is your server a 64 bit machine? Does this thread help?

yeah. my machine is 64x.
that thread does help! i managed to fix the problem by reinstalling Vault server using Windows Authentication for sql server.

What version are you installing? We thought that this bug had been fixed in 4.1.2.

if i am not mistaken, i use VaultServer64_4_1_2_18185 to install.
