Hi!
I've installed SOS 4.2 client (Windows) with encryption
I am trying to connect to demo server using
server = sos.sourceoffsite.com
port ID = 8888
but the error message appears "Unable to connect to server".
What might be the reasons for this failure?
Many thanks for your suggestions.

It looks like our demo server is down. I'll get our system admin to take a look at it.

Our demo server is up now; try the connection again.

Can you double check? I've verified from two different sources.

Still can't connect to demo server.
Maybe there are problems in my internet settings?

Does your firewall allow traffic on port 8888? You need to enable two-way TCP/IP traffic on that port.
