Are there any known issues running Vault 2.0.2.2163 on SQL 2005?

Vault 2.0.x is not supported on SQL Server 2005.

Support for SQL Server 2005 came in Vault 3.1.

We'd suggest you upgrade to Vault 4.1.x so that your Vault installation is compatible with more of the new technologies.
