Changing the Custom IIS process model login

Hi. When installing the server component of Vault 4.1.2 I selected Custom IIS process model. The login I used was the domain administrator. Now I would like to change to a different login as it seems the password is in plain text in the web.config. How can I change this login? What permissions and access privileges does it need? Thanks.

This will lead you through the steps and set the proper permissions.
