Cannot create repository

Dear all,
I have just installed vault server, and trying to use as a single user,but when i log in with my admin account,i cannot create repository, wht i mean is: Source Control Repositories page does appear but "Create" button is disabled. how can i create a repository. or may be i am not aware how to create it,,, shall i have to create from client..
pls help

Try restarting IIS; that may help. Use the IISreset command from the command line.

No its still not working.. i did iireset , but same result
